To place an order we require the following
information:
- Key contact name including email address
- Company or School name, address, phone and
fax number
- Ship-to address
- Requested in-hands date
- Bracelet Size, description, quantity
- Bracelet price
- Bracelet color(s)
- Font requested
- Placement of text
- Packaging requirements, including optional
insert information
Pending receipt of the above information, we will
fax (or email) an order confirmation for your approval.
50% of your order total is due at time
of order approval; the balance is due prior to final shipment.
Acceptable forms of payment are business
check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American
Express.
After the order is authorized by your key contact,
our art staff will promptly create artwork for your final approval.
Once your artwork is approved, your order goes into production.
To qualify for our 30-day delivery guarantee,
you must meet the following qualifications:
- Order paid for 100% in advance
- Authorize our expedited freight option ($.07/bracelet)
- Ship to location within the Continental United
States
